Chinatown Country Club offers returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-release items and final sale merchandise are ineligible for return or exchange.

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels, shoeboxes, and dust bags are included and protected.
Ship to the Club
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request approval.
Processing & Refund
Once our team inspects the arrival, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
